Originally from Boise, Idaho, Matt attended Brigham Young University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics with an emphasis in Finance. Matt is the Chief Executive Officer of Absolute Retirement Solutions.  During his time as CEO, Matt has built an Agency with multiple producing agents, a successful Medicare supplement company that provides Medicare supplement insurance for thousands of customers across the United States, a unique client management software created for the financial service industry, and a Field Marketing Organization that supports agents across the country. 

Amongst these accomplishments, his greatest is the relationships that he has created with his clients as a trusted agent in the greater Kansas City area. Matt has extensive personal and professional experience in helping with developing financial strategies for individuals and their families. From a strategic planning approach for the accomplishment of long range goals, to what is happening in today’s market, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He understands that everyone’s financial needs are unique to them and he develops financial and insurance strategies and suggests options that are designed to work well for each client’s needs.

Matt is insurance licensed for Life and Health Insurance in multiple states, including Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado.

Tupper Jeff

Jeff has had a successful career for over 27 years in the financial services industry. Jeff graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. While earning his degree, he excelled in college football and then turned professional, playing for the St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos, and Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL before retiring from football to begin his financial career. Jeff has clients in multiple states serving each with an honest, transparent approach to helping them develop pathways to financial success. Jeff has extensive experience in retirement income strategies, insurance and annuities. He is insurance licensed for Life and Health in several states, including Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri. Jeff also holds the National Social Security Association designation, which helps him assist clients in making their social security elections in coordination with their retirement income strategy. During his career in the financial services industry he has worked with individuals as well as corporations, guiding each to discover and implement strategies for attaining their individual financial goals. Jeff discovered his passion for financial services while at the University of Oklahoma. That passion continues to grow and drives him to do his personal best in servicing his client.

Gina joined our company in 2012 and has held many roles throughout the past years. She currently serves as our Director of Operations.  With almost a decade of industry experience, she strives to uphold our standard to make sure our clients come first and makes them her number one priority.  As our company continues to grow, Gina oversees the operations of our office, ensuring that our processes flow smoothly not only for our clients, but also for our employees.  Gina holds her Life and Health licenses in both Kansas and Missouri.  

She resides in Overland Park, KS and enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children and enjoys spending time with loved ones, her dogs, doing yoga, and traveling.
Ballard Bailee

Bailee is the Marketing Coordinator for Absolute Retirement Solutions. Within this role she focuses on the planning and implementation of events and seminars. Building relationships with clients and assisting in client services is also an enjoyable part of her position. Bailee graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management. Prior to working at Absolute Retirement Solutions she worked in both event management and marketing, where she was able to gain knowledge and experience in many aspects of business. Event marketing and building relationships have since been an interest of hers. Bailee is insurance licensed for Life and Health in Kansas and Missouri.

Bailee moved to Kansas City in 2019 from her hometown of Ankeny, Iowa. In her free time, she has found a new hobby in running and has since completed 3 half marathons. Bailee also enjoys traveling, going to concerts, spending time with her family and friends, and watching college basketball (especially the Cyclones).
